Moist Chocolate Cake

Assalamualaikum.

This time nak share resepi Moist Chocolate Cake, sepertimana di request oleh rakan2 di pejabat..

Ingredients:
2 eggs (always use LARGE egg in baking)
1 cup cooking oil (any brand will do but vege oil is better)
1 cup sugar (finely blended)
1 cup brown sugar (finely blended)

A (sekalikan semua dlm bekas berasingan)
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 cups  chocolate fresh milk ( i prefer magnolia brand)
1/2 cup lukewarm water with 2 tsp nescafe

B (Diayak earlier)
2 tsp sodium bicarbonate
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup cocoa powder (Van Hauten will do, Hershey's even better)
2 cups flour

Method nya:  
Pukul telur hingga kembang 
Masukkan gula dan pukul lagi
Masukkan minyak masak
Masukkan  bahan B sedikit demi sedikit ke dalam batter tadi berselang seli dengan bahan A. kacau.
Bakar pada suhu 170 degree selama 1 jam atau sehingga masak

Topping
1/2 cup susu pekat manis
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1 tbsp cooking oil
Satukan, kacau atas api yg kecil smp naik kilat. Tuang atas kek yg dah sejuk sepenuhnya.

Topping tu xrata plak psl acuan loyang besar.. But u all agak2 la..

Kalau suka boleh tabur almond nibs di atas topping tu..alternative; chocolate rice or fresh strawberries, yummy!
